REFUND POLICY

At Kaya Bee, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at kayabee@kayalittleshop.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, please choose your items carefully as sale items cannot be returned if you change your mind.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your desired product.

For customers within the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply to these returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
